I feel the same. I think a lot of the straight porn is done with the view of turning the man on. I prefer the gentler stuff also.

All of the women I know who watch porn, watch gay (m/m) porn. Het porn is male centred, usually dodgy and horribly focussed on male pleasure (so woman is nothing more than a living sex toy) Personally I'd rather read porn erotica that watch videos but on the rare occasion the urge strikes it'll always be m/m or f/f.

Het porn is just grim though. The twisted power dynamics are a massive turn off and much less present in gay porn. It's only erotic if both parties look like they are genuinely enjoying themselves - if that criteria is fulfilled then I could find either kind of gay porn erotic.
