I think that's the appeal to me. When I'm watching straight porn, I think "oh dear, I wouldn't want to be in her position!" whereas with M/M porn I know I am of no interest to them and I can't imagine myself in that scenario, so I can enjoy it. That, plus with straight sex it's all about going straight to the vagina. M/M porn seems to have much more mutual work going on with lots of different bits getting a workout.
