I was rudely awoken at 00.37 by my youngest who went straight back to sleep. I on the other hand have basically had a power nap have have not gone back to sleep since.

Agreed. I've been sleeping badly for months, & I've just realised that between that, monthly nausea, sore boobs & an increase in my cycle length, I'm probably pre-menopausal & have been for a while. I'm only 35 & want another baby in a couple of years.
