Bloody dog had me up at 3.30am and I can't get back to sleep . Have lots to do as well; will be doing it zombie fashion.

Just spent an hour sat on DD1s floor so she could settle back to sleep. Crawled back into bed only for DD2 to wake for a feed. DD1 had better sleep till at least 7

night shift can fuck off too. its been a long night (and will be an even longer day :( )

But! DS (aka The Alarm Clock) managed to go back to sleep without needing a feed just an hour and twenty minutes of cuddling and rocking! Hoping that if I can put out the message that room service is not available, he may start sleeping through again (he did it for a whole month, so I know he can).
