Only caffeine as I buy the sugar free although some people argue that's worse. I have restricted myself to one 2l bottle a day though. Which means I usually run out by early afternoon and then swap to diet lemonade and the fresh bottle of bru goes in the fridge to make sure its icy cold next morning.
