Ruby chamomile tea and lavender pillow spray. Get ready for bed at 9pm but dont actually go to bed until half an hour later than normal. Don't turn your bedroom light on. Don't speak. Just creep into a darkened room, slide into bed and voila! 💤💤💤💤💤💤💤💤💤

I also read somewhere to stay off computers about 2 hours before bed. The light from them does something to the brain so it can't switch off. Unfortunately, the advice gave no information on how to reconcile this with an MN addiction.

Morning all! I have been to the office to hand back all my stuff. I am not officially a stay at home mum. I was a full time working mum before this baby (he's now 11 months!) so a big change. My big boy was up loads in the night for no apparent reason. Bit worried about him

I am "working" from home.

Not getting much done. So busy distracting dog from going at his wound. Got his plastic Elizabethan collar on now and he's sleeping after a few games. Hope the vet check-up tomorrow goes well and he doesn't need the collar any more. It's such hard work.
