OP posts:
wallybantersjunkbox · 06/05/2016 23:33

The Gower coast

WordGetsAround · 06/05/2016 23:34

Orford, Suffolk or
Etchingham, East Sussex

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 06/05/2016 23:35

York- one of those houses on the main road overlooking the race course.

Spermysextowel · 06/05/2016 23:36

The Mumbles. Is that the Gower Coast?

pinkdelight · 06/05/2016 23:37

In a terraced cottage in Waterloo, a stone's throw from the south bank. With maybe a place in the country (Dorset coast) for minibreaks. Sigh...

BeauGlacons · 06/05/2016 23:38

Cathedral Close Salisbury or one of those nice roads off Eton Square Grin

Until it happens am very happy where I am.

JaceLancs · 06/05/2016 23:38

Nrighton

JaceLancs · 06/05/2016 23:39

Brighton !

NatashaRomanoff · 06/05/2016 23:39

North Devon/Cornwall

lem73 · 06/05/2016 23:39

Cornwall. Haven't decided exactly where yet .

Spermysextowel · 06/05/2016 23:40

Plan B would be London W4, plan C would be The Shetlands (only because I like the books, suspect I'm not hardy enough).

elephantoverthehill · 06/05/2016 23:41

I love where I live. It drives my family mad as they think I lack ambition to get onto the next rung of the property ladder, but I have done all of that and like where I live.

BlueMoonRising · 06/05/2016 23:42

Right where I am. If I was going to move, it would be abroad.

Good to see where I am has already been mentioned :)

EnriqueTheRingBearingLizard · 06/05/2016 23:42

Word are you Mrs_b?

EmpressofBlandings · 06/05/2016 23:43

W4 as in Bedford Park, SST? Lovely area.

Me - a decaying historic house somewhere on an outer fringe - Norfolk, Ceredigion, Northumberland. Obviously, with a lottery win to do it up and install adequate heating, plus a pied a terre in London....

Twowrongsdontmakearight · 06/05/2016 23:47

I love where I am (Hale, outside Manchester), but also love Bristol and Harrogate. Or Hexham if DH ever got a job in Newcastle.

indigo88 · 06/05/2016 23:47

right here right now! Suffolk / Norfolk border. but Yorkshire is so beautiful Although London is great for pootling around. Cardiff the city of many options. I've been reading the post where poster finds UK drab. It's made me think of so many places that I'd be happy living. However, in terms of people and friendliness, art and culture, the outdoors, accessibility and mobility, Norwich wins it hands down.

MrsBungle · 06/05/2016 23:48

On the Royal mile in Edinburgh

knittedslippersx2 · 06/05/2016 23:52

A cottage in Cheddar or a mews house in London.

Disneyddog · 06/05/2016 23:53

Northumberland coast.

Birdsgottafly · 06/05/2016 23:55

I Love where I am in Liverpool. I've spent the day in my Local Country Park, complete with rare breed farm, which is within walking distance.

Tomorrow I'm going to a tattoo convention, in the city centre.

Sunday, I'll be going to our local beach, Crosby.

We have good culture, nice green spaces, but Wales is only an hour away.

BillSykesDog · 06/05/2016 23:58

New Forest

MyNameIsAlexDrake · 06/05/2016 23:58

St Andrews.

elephantoverthehill · 07/05/2016 00:05

My best mate lives in a cottage in Cheddar. Never seen her happier.

Spermysextowel · 07/05/2016 00:05

Yes Empress. Lived there for many years but moved to Surrey in 2007. Still miss it.
