I watch Saturday Night Takeaway with a huge grin plastered to my face.

Love love love it.

Or maybe it's the WineWineWine

OP posts:
acasualobserver · 27/02/2016 20:45

It's the wine. They are tired old hacks and should be put out to pasture.

Whisky2014 · 27/02/2016 20:46

I love it! So happy and just nice. :)

MistyMeena · 27/02/2016 20:46

YANBU. I love them!

Groovee · 27/02/2016 20:47

Me too, have grown up with them too

MyMoneyIsAllSpent · 27/02/2016 20:47

No, their humour is so inoffensive, however, I have to take issue with the people who are rewarded for their, frankly, vile behaviour :(

I don't find that funny. That might be coloured by the fact that I am struggling, doing a hard job for little money, but I would never stoop so low. But there you go, such is life eh?

Sparklingbrook · 27/02/2016 20:47

Oh dear. I feel like a party pooper and this time last year I would have agreed probably, but this series is just pants, and I think it's starting to get a bit old.

Sorry OP. Wine

Vintage45 · 27/02/2016 20:48

I cant stand them and their stupid staged humour. They get right on my nerves. But then there again I could never stomach bland weekend tv.

MintyChapstick · 27/02/2016 20:48

I love them too OP, they are the only reason I still watch Im a Celebrity and Britains Got Talent.

IHaveBrilloHair · 27/02/2016 20:49

I love them too.

MyMoneyIsAllSpent · 27/02/2016 20:49

How can they be tired old hacks? They are hardly middle aged?

Sparklingbrook · 27/02/2016 20:49

I do think they do a decent job in the jungle.

SouthWestmom · 27/02/2016 20:50

Hmm no I used to. Actually I hate some of the cruelty of the show. All those people trekking out at night to sit on a bench in the freezing cold for a ticket? Telling that bloke Gino hated him at first sight? That would have destroyed my confidence even when I found out it was a 'joke'.

MintyChapstick · 27/02/2016 20:50

In what way are they vile?!

DanyellasDonkey · 27/02/2016 20:50

I can't stand them. Don't know how on earth they manage to win loads of awards year after year - there must be a terrible dearth of presenters if they're seen as the best.

Sparklingbrook · 27/02/2016 20:51

I would hate to be on that cruise.

MyMoneyIsAllSpent · 27/02/2016 20:52

They are, I think, inoffensive. If you do not like them well, fair enough, but they do a lot of good via their show, so you can ask yourselves, do you do as much good? hhmm?

Kate3003 · 27/02/2016 20:52

Agree about the woman who took 3 months off work pretending to be ill... No one should that be applauded for that! Enjoyed the rest of the show though.

Bunbaker · 27/02/2016 20:52

I don't "get" them at all.

MyMoneyIsAllSpent · 27/02/2016 20:54

LOL - All those people trekking out at night to sit on a bench in the freezing cold for a ticket? You think someone forced them to do that?? :)

Vintage45 · 27/02/2016 20:55

I just think they are like a couple of staged puppets.

Give me Chatty Man any day. Keith Lemon also has his moments.

MyMoneyIsAllSpent · 27/02/2016 20:56

I agree Kate3003 Its the one part of the show that, although cringeworthy funny, isn't really acceptable. :(

Orda1 · 27/02/2016 20:57

I absolutely love it.

DiscoGlitter · 27/02/2016 20:57

Tired old hacks?! They're 40 years old for crying out loud, they're hardly decrepit! Confused
I absolutely bloody love them. It's the one show the entire family can sit down and enjoy, from the 8 year old, to the 12 year old and me at 30 cough something.
It's funny, inoffensive, and just good old family entertainment for all ages.
Nothing at all inappropriate.
Not enough telly like it nowadays!
Love them.

BaconAndAvocado · 27/02/2016 20:57

I thought they were childrens' entertainers?

As an adult I wouldn't spend an hour of my time watching them, life's short Grin

BathshebaDarkstone · 27/02/2016 20:58

YABU. They act like they're still 15, which is just embarrassing to watch.
