..to ask nurses or long shift workers what shoes you wear that's the comfiest?

I work 12 hour shifts and always on my feet. I can't seem to find any shoes that don't make my feet throb by the end of my shift. I fantasise every shift about a magic shoe that won't hurt my feet.... All shift workers know this feeling someone must know the secret..
