To ask your opinion on this very important site issue?

So mumsnet have recently changed the option to highlight both OP's and your own posts in a specific colour. They claim that only 8% of posters use this feature and hence it's unneeded.

I and some others disagree So please if you would, can you answer the following questions for me? Either to protest the change or to support MNHQ, I don't mind, just interested in this 8%. Copy and paste your answer.

Do you use the highlight posts feature?

Yes, I tried it, but I didn't like it.

Only use the app and it's not an option on there.

I currently use green for OP, light blue for MNHQ and grey/silver for my posts but I don't care what they are, so if MNHQ said the only way we could have this was to have blue/red/yellow then that would work for me.

Yes, and I would like to keep it. Before 'finding' this feature, I often found following a thread to be rather irritating and used mumsnet a lot less. I think removal ofthe feature, would likely see me again using mumsnet less.

Yes, it's invaluable.
I highlight OP in one colour and my posts in another.
It means I can scan a long thread to see if OP has updated and locate it easily.

I live the colour change feature and find it very useful.

I'm very pissed off about threads been added to my watch list when I reply. Apparantly if I go and turn this feature off I will lose my colours.

Yes, I use it all the time and would like to keep it. I accidentally logged myself out earlier and panicked when I realised posts were not highlighted. Was pathetically relieved when I logged back in and they came back

Now all you need to sort is the millions of sticky threads that clutter up my phone version and I'll be happy (Yes I know they vanish if I log out but am sick of having to log out and back in again)
