Why oh why do almost every clothes shop put short length jeans on the top shelf/hangers? Where's the sense in that?! Confused

What other short people problems really annoy you?

Tall person sneaking on to ask a question - when you are struggling to reach something in a supermarket, are you offended is someone helps you? I will often just say 'Can I help you with that?' and usually people seem to be quite happy to get some help but I don't want to upset anyone.

I did once have a little elderly lady who I helped get a couple of things in the supermarket. I came round the corner to another aisle to be greeted by the same lady with 'Oh good, I was hoping you'd come along here. Can you get that down for me please?' Smile

Poledra I wouldn't be offended, I need all the help I can get! As long as you don't pat me on the head as you pass it down Grin

poledra it is your purpose in life to serve us Grin

I guess ine most annoying is sitting in the cinema, trying to avoid anyone in front, and the chair kickers behind.
I get backache from washing up

Poledra - absolutely wouldn't be offended.

Went to John Lewis in Westfield, Stratford yesterday and had a look at the bras. All the 30" ones were on the top rails, leaving the 34 " - 38" ones at accessible level. And bras do really tumble down when you try to unhook one from a top rail out of your reach... Blush

Poledra - I'd certainly be happy to find you in the lemonade aisle. Grin
Even though I'm short, I'll offer help to someone whose reach is even less than mine - it's not just short people who struggle, there's all sorts of mobility/flexibility issues that can make higher shelves problematic.

EmpressOfJurisfiction · 20/04/2015 18:51

I'd appreciate that too, Poledra!

Poledra I wouldn't be offended at all - on the contrary, I might offer to get something for you on the low shelves as a swap!
