I think that many of us have been able to give up smoking thanks to e-cigs & vaping & are all feeling the positive results & want to spread the message.

Thanks. I knew you liked it, so I didn't want to try it until I'd checked with you. I'll steep this little lot - luckily I have enough liquid that I won't need to worry while I'm waiting for it.

As the Concentrate is a, er, concentrate, in a PG base, does that need steeping too?

I am seriously tempted to buy bulk of everything, but I think nothing's happening until January now, and then there are still a few more stages before the EU nonsense would happen - assuming they don't see sense. I think it may get watered down enough to be sensible, but best not take it for granted, so writing to MPs and MEPs etc, will still need to continue.

Littlemiss, what I have read is that you take the top off and get a little air in it, and then leave it in a drawer for a couple of weeks, occasionally allowing a bit of air in.

So what I do is to squeeze out a tiny drop, and then put it away. Sometimes I remember to let another tiny drop out - mostly I don't! I do leave them in the drawer with the lids off.

Ok, I've taken the lids off of 2 bottles of juice that I had. I've also removed the droppers too, so hopefully I won't spill them.
I've put them opened in a cupboard for now, so relatively dark in there but also air flow. I do go in these cupboards.
How long do I leave them before I use them?

Does anyone use the gs-h2 clearos? If so have you ever cleaned one? A few of mine aren't producing as much vapour as they used to and I was wondering if you can clean them? I'm assuming you just take the coil out, clean it then let it dry but I'm not sure.

32flavours, I use those. I clean and dry burn them .

If you have any spare vodka () you can soak all the parts in that to get rid of any residual smell.

I've since tried the cherry on it's own, its not all that. With menthol is much better, good if you're bunged up too

I bought an ego starter yesterday, I've only had half a fag in 24 hours....I did used to have a cartomiser ecig but it was a pain in the arse to keep remembering to order from the website so I was always on/off fags.

We have a shop where I live so I have enough liquids until well into new year!!

I'm on about a third of what I was smoking - down to maybe 10/12 a day. Which is obviously still a lot but much better than 30!

I was only on 5 - 7 cigs per day but bulked it up with nicotine gum...the gum gave me bad breath more than cigs did.

Glad to see theres a new thread - I got into vaping via this thread and Im still 'evangelical' I can vape at home on christmas day, no standing outside front door or in garden freezing, due to house having to be cig smoke free...!

This has probably been covered but I want to ask anyway! How many mils of liquid do you use a day?

I'm getting through pretty much a full 'tank' a day, so 1.6ml. Df thinks I should increase the nicotine again so I use it less, but to me that goes against the reason for me having it. I want to reduce my nicotine addiction not get used to a higher amount with every puff.

I started on 18 mg of nicotine and have now been on 12mg for a couple of weeks. I was still going through 1.6ml a day on 18mg so I think I'm going in the right direction.

I think I've regulated myself to not go over 1.6ml a day. I notice myself checking what's left and thinking. 'Oof only 0.6 ml left at 4pm, better go a bit easy on it'. Anyway...is 1.6ml a day 'too much'?

i dont measure how much, i see 1.6 is a full tank, i put in drops every so often, so i am not helping, but when at home i do Vape a lot, I have set times when I dont vape,
taking dog out, mainly.

I wouldn't say continuously...but there's no end point so many times I forget to put it down.

Yesterday df and I went for a meal. About halfway home (after 15 minutes) of driving he said 'Are you going to put that thing down or...') and I realised I'd had it in my hand the whole way.

I smoke it less at work but I have set breaks and still have to go outside. I'm still loving the novelty of 'smoking' in the kitchen at home and in the living room once the dc have gone to bed so I'm using it much more than I would have when I smoked.

I have wondered though if I've replaced one monster with another. I know I'm thoroughly addicted to it...a few dayys ago I lost it and as I was going through the house looking I had quite a panicky feel

I get through about 3ml a day of 12mg - I've no desire to cut down the amount I vape.

2.5 - 3ml a day of 18mg here. The chain vaping has calmed down a lot in the last few weeks.

It's not only a cheaper monster, it's a monster that doesn't have a 50% chance of killing you.

Crap! I was out yesterday for some pre Christmas drinks with my mate and couldn't resist having a few fags :(

Don't beat yourself up about having a few fags Maggie. I've cracked a few times and had a few cigarettes (usually when out with friends who smoke). Before I had my ecig and was trying to quit, the moment I cracked and had one I'd be back to my 20 a day in no time. Now if I smoke on a night out, the morning after I go back to vaping and don't even want a cigarette. Hope it's the same for you.

My quit app thing says in 2 days I've smoked 30 instead of 54, so that's a win for me
