Not everything that you want to talk about/moan about is a global crisis that is about to end life as we know it! it's ok to want to have a chat about the fact there was no wholegrain bread in the shop this morning or something.

I don't understand why there are people who can't understand that it's perfectly possible to want to talk about trivial things, even though they are not actually a big issue or indeed the worst thing that's ever happened in your life.
