Its taken me long enough to learn LMAO, LOL, WTF, FTW, BUTTHURT...

But this site has its own list of acronyms

Seriously is it too tough to type "my daughter is the devil re-incarnated" or "husband's snoring is frightening the cat" instead of:

"MD is the D re-incarnated"

"H's snoring is F'ing the cat"

Seriously? I'm sure there is a dictionary somewhere here that I can learn all these new acronyms... but I have enough problems remembering my frikking postcode.

i do laugh at DH/DD/DS, is there one person here who actually calls them dear/darling husband etc? mumsnet acronyms have been the subject of many discussions on other forums
