Just want someone to hold my hand. Sat in hospital awaiting blood results of my newborn,,, suspected sepsis. Feel very alone right now.

Thinking of you and hoping your little DD will be home and absolutely fine very soon.

Thinking of you. Hopefully you've now had good news? Keeping everything crossed for you.

Also, for us they started DD on antibiotics before the results came back. It was annoying because we had to stay in hospital for three days while they completed the (as it turned out unnecessary) course but perhaps this is an option if you're still waiting.

I am awake too. My baby is in hospital with pneumonia. It is a scary time watching them go downhill so quickly. I hope you have had good results x

Nothing worse than your baby being poorly and not being able to do anything to help them :(

Thoughts with you- like cupoftea I had a baby in with pneumonia aged two weeks.
They go from fine to so very very poorly so quickly.

Like you I have a dh who doesn't support in the way I'd like when it comes to hospitals.

My best friend was there for me have you got a friend who could come?
