someone tells me how to get photos from my phone to my pc?

I have it connected to the printer with a usb cable, but nothing happening on the sodding pc. I've done it before (once), can't remember how. WHY WON'T IT WORK?

Connect to PC with USB cable?

WorraLiberty · 14/09/2012 11:58

Shouldn't you connect the phone to the PC, upload the pics and then print them?

harleyd · 14/09/2012 11:59

connect to pc, not printer

TheGoldenKnid · 14/09/2012 11:59

What sort of phone is it?

Ormiriathomimus · 14/09/2012 12:02

What phone is it hully?

Hullygully · 14/09/2012 12:06

connect to pc not printer

hits self incredibly hard>

You know when you have days when you are beyond scarily thick and think you need to put yourself in a home...?

And thank you.

It's a STUPID fancy phone, that's what it is.

OP posts:
TheGoldenKnid · 14/09/2012 12:08

Ah, but which stupid fancy phone? With my not at all stupid fancy phone I have to select 'mount as disk drive' when I connect it up to the computer, otherwise they're not talking to each other.

nickelcognito · 14/09/2012 12:08

not a typo then? you actually put it to the printer not the pc?

Hullygully · 14/09/2012 12:09

YES I DID

All RIGHT?

I blame the menopausaloid

Try and get an online manual which should explain things.

ShiirleyKnott · 14/09/2012 12:10

hehe

TheGoldenKnid · 14/09/2012 12:11

I would recommend getting pencil and paper and drawing a picture instead. Step away from the technology! Wink

harleyd · 14/09/2012 12:11
Grin glad you got sorted i had one of them days yest when i tried to ring bf using a calculator
Hullygully · 14/09/2012 12:12

I got a sutupid online manual. Ieven downloaded stupid software which I have now spent hours getting rid of. All to no avail of course as the stupid phone didn't make it clear it needed to connect to the pc.

Yesterday I also knocked a hub cap off (dh's fault) and broke a park gate that wouldn't open (dh's fault too) and had to resend an invoice three times so that I looked like an UTTER MORON

This would be your height IQ of 178 at work, Hully? Grin

Hullygully · 14/09/2012 12:15

But Knid is right.

All machines and technology dissolves in my hands. Even gate opening things.

I AM TOO INTELLIGENT FOR BASIC STUFF

See?

OP posts:
NoMoreNotNever · 14/09/2012 12:17

Absolutely. I was far too intelligent to remember that piffling alarm clock last night - proof I'm too smart to get up in time in the morning [smug].

brass · 14/09/2012 12:17
