More info please - for instance, I would like to know why you think it is any of your business what happens inside other people's marriages. Especially when they are telling you they are happy.

I agree we need more info. I think it probably depends on whether people are honest with themselves or not. Much easier to be happy if you honestly know why you're not having sex and have either made peace with that or gone into it knowing that's not on the cards.
