and my bladder opens!

If I hold it and dash out of the shower to the loo
I'll get a soaking floor so Aibu just to let it flow?

I think it's better for the environment to pee in the shower.

As long as you do it near the plug hole and the water flows quickly, it's not too disgusting seeing as it's your own shower.

When my husband was told the flush his freshly operated tummy with water in the shower twice a day to keep it clean, as it was infected (peritonitis), I was shocked, and said as much to the nurse. YANBU at all. It's just more water. Wee is sterile when it comes out, why on earth wouldn't you do it in the shower? Certainly no worse than washing sans tampon mid period!

In your own shower - definitely NBU! In fact, it should be encouraged, for the environmental reasons of not wasting water flushing. As people have said further up - wee is sterile anyway.

Everyone pees in the shower and anyway i thought urine was sterile too.
