I don't fancy him as much now he's 60 or so ... moved onto Richard Armitage who is same age as DH...though I did see a recent photo of AR recently when he looked rather good...but the thing is with actors you can fancy them in the films they were in when they were younger???

And what's wrong with fancying the persona of someone you've created in your head? Assuming you're talking about a fantasy shag and not someone you're actually dating?

He doesn't do it for me personally, but YANBU. I'd say he's an entirely reasonable person to have a crush on. Unlike Adrian Chiles!! There have been plenty of threads that I have hung around obsessively where people have fessed up VERY unreasonable sleb crushes. Have a look for some of them. You will feel entirely normal.

Oh god, talking of shaggable voices, Toby Stephens' dad; the late Robert Stephens, had the ultimate sexy voice IMO - I've just bought the BBC Lord of The Rings in which he played Aragorn. Not much of a looker in his later years though.
