Don't ask me pet; 33 wks and I cry at EVERYTHING!

EauRouge · 01/04/2011 16:48

I watched it when I was pregnant. BIG mistake. Poor DD1 was in tears saying 'what's wrong, mummy?' because I cried so much Blush

DayVLately · 01/04/2011 16:48

not at all - I sob at it every single time - as soon as the music starts playing the tears just roll and I can't stop them

cookielove · 01/04/2011 16:48

yup, soooooo sad

legalalien · 01/04/2011 16:49

At the end when they have the bit with the book? Yep. but the movie moment guaranteed to make me bawl my eyes out is the bit in Love Actually where Emma Thompson realises that her husband has been cheating.

cookcleanerchaufferetc · 01/04/2011 16:49

Have you seen toy story 3 where woody makes a little speech about the toys leaving the nursery and children growing up ....? That made me cry!

Up is very emotive.
The worst was Toy story 3 where they all join hands staring into the furnace and just accepting death...

mrsscoob · 01/04/2011 16:52

Yep, I cried too, in the cinema of all places I really had to try and hold it in. It reminded me of my my Nan and Grandpa

BabyDubsEverywhere · 01/04/2011 16:52

Actually think the only one that makes me blub more than Marley and me is Up.

And toy story 3 at the end when andys giving the toys to bonnie - blub blub blub!

Clarabumps · 01/04/2011 16:52

i love up and cried my eyes out when he was sitting by the empty bed in the hospital. Terrible!! and i cried at toystory3 when andy gives the toys away to Bonnie and explains what everyone was like. I cried as i remembered how much i loved my toys as a kid and how it sucks sometimes to be "all grown up".
I think i may be a saddo!!
sob

cookcleanerchaufferetc · 01/04/2011 16:55

I can still relate to marvin when he says goodbye to Nemo on his first day at school ...... And as for Bambi .......

But I do cry at most things and I am not pregnant!

VivClicquot · 01/04/2011 16:57

Watched it the week after we lost our second baby in succession, while on the outward bound flight of our honeymoon. Big mistake. Huge. I had no idea what it was about and therefore absolutely terrified the poor air hostesses who knew we were newlyweds, and so couldn't quite understand the reason behind the wracking sobs and oceans of tears that were coming from my direction. I daresay I will never watch it again.

pingu2209 · 01/04/2011 16:58

It made my 5 year old ds cry too. He kept asking where the lady was. How do I tell him?!

Deliainthemaking · 01/04/2011 16:59

yep

i watched it last night the bit when Russell tells the old man his dad isnt around becasue 'Phyllis' tells him he bugs him too much , and when hi dad isn't there at the end and the book

wails sobs

I cried at UP. I also cried at the pixar short that came on before UP when I saw it in the cinema - I think I was having a bit of an emotional day.
