We're all at different stages, but we all want the same thing.
I'll post more tomorrow as it's late and I'm feeling tired, but I'm excited for tomorrow and for getting those af days achieved.

Also making that one time a bit more 'special' if that makes sense. So making wine a part of the evening rather than the focus, and buying an extra nice wine but less often. Having something else as the focus like the football last weekend (I got surprisingly into it!) or even some posh snacks is definitely helping. Intentional rather than for the sake of it/habit I guess?
