Three ambulances?

im worried sick and I don’t even know the wee boy. His poor family.

TennisWithDeborah · Today 13:19

So many of us have been there ie a toddler dashing off. They’re quick! It happened to me 18 years ago and i remember it clearly - it was awful when he went out of sight for several minutes. I hope he’s hiding nervously somewhere.

TokyoSushi · Today 13:20

I think a lot of us can identify with that absolutely sick feeling when they seemingly just vanish in front of your eyes, really hoping that he's found safe and well very soon.

The pond (which is actually a lake called decoy pond, I think?) and the factories have been cordoned for a little while now.

I haven’t seen any reputable mention of ambulances though.

This wasn’t the post I had seen, however had a quick search this came up 😞

3 year old boy (Noah) missing in Brantham, Suffolk
x2boys · Today 13:22

Hanakotoba · Today 13:13

I do hope he tootled off and walked past some sweet elderly lady's house and she took him in and he is sitting there eating custard creams and squash and very shortly realises there is as commotion going on around her.

Hes been missing since yesterday so sadly i dont think thats likely.

ItsPickleRick · Today 13:23

I really thought he would be found overnight, and then when I checked early this morning, felt sure that they would find him now it was light.

I’ve just seen the CCTV pictures of him playing on the park. Please God let him be found safe and well.

Update from BBC News ~

Suffolk Police says there is nothing to indicate any criminality was involved in Noah's disappearance.

Images and CCTV footage has been released of his movements at the playground in Merriman Close and searches are continuing.

Supt Tom Pearse said: “This is being treated as a missing person investigation at this stage and there is nothing to indicate anything sinister or any element of criminality has taken place although we keep an open mind as to the circumstances."

Yes i couldnt find my oldest when he wss about two
We were in a massive soft play place that was made to look like a ship over.a couple of floors
The sheer releif when i found playing happily oblivious to my panic.

Fairyyqueen · Today 13:11

Sorry if stupid question but why do you think they have released this cctv footage? The image isn’t super clear so wouldn’t help members of the public identify him any more than a photograph of him would?

In case anyone was in the area at the time and it jogs their memory.

LondonLass2026 · Today 13:28

Somebody on social media said they were going to erect a huge screen and play Bluey on it, and others were saying they'd come and help. I don't know if this happened? I don't know where she got the equipment from.

Whatever works! I hope he's found, it must be utterly terrifying.

GreenCaterpillarOnALeaf · Today 13:30

A lot of the autistic kids I know including my son are obsessed with water and have no sense of danger around it. I can’t see this having a happy ending but I hope it does.

SparkyBlue · Today 13:30

I’m sick to my stomach reading about this poor little boy. My son is autistic and bizarrely at 11 he is a rock of sense but but at 3 he was an absolute nightmare I used to dread going anywhere with him so I can see how this situation so very easily happened,

That sounds like someone who was aware of the older autistic child who went missing in Canada a few months ago ~ he was a fan of the Lion King and the police played the theme tune over loud speakers. Sadly that story didn't end well

I would be very surprised if Suffolk Police use that tactic

Don't know, it's all over facebook that he was elderly.

Could you give a link fb if you must but something like a news source would be better

Hanakotoba · Today 13:33

Surely by now they will have collated door Ringo's and CCTV and know what direction he headed in? Surely someone saw him?

BBC News saying that a police statement is imminent . . . .

DooDallyHallie · Today 13:33

As soon as i saw a map of the area, i thought the outcome of this isnt going to be good.

It's on the Cambridgeshire facebook pages, found near a creek about 16 minutes ago apparently.

No.. just why? So many people wanting to be the first to announce.

idrinkandiknowthings · Today 13:36

Oh my days, this is just terrible. My daughter was a similar age when she vanished at a wedding, which was being held in a marquee on closed grounds. Absolutely frantic with worry. She was found on the dance floor, which had been curtained off whilst we were having the meal.

Sending prayers for Noah's safe return.

It would be a much better idea for these people to let the police do their work

Just to let everyone know, I just looked up best trackers for kids and found one called angel sense, it is a GPS tracker with lots of features such as 2 way voice so you can speak to your child on it and you can see their exact location. It is also specifically designed for autistic children which is amazing! I just wanted to share that.

I really hope little Noah is found safe as soon as possible, his poor parents and grandparents must be going through hell.

I think start a separate thread as some parents who would like this might not see this thread or your post when there is so many.

BBC News saying that a police statement is imminent . . . .

I've just listened to the police statement but basically they were just reading all the information that has been released throughout the day so far

They have had reports of people finding childrens hats and toys but say this is not connected to Noah as he wasn't wearing a hat and didn't have any toys with him

They are asking for the public to stay away from the railway lines and water (lakes etc) as specialist search teams have been deployed

A police commissioner is just adding that a search team from the Met have just arrived in the area

Oh I know. I fell down a rabbit hole and saw it on Facebook. I don't even have Facebook so I could only view a limited amount of the conversation.

People mean well I'm sure, but too many also want to be a hero. Apparently the large amount of searchers was messing with the police thermal imaging camera work.

cloudbabies · Today 13:42

Still not been found ? Just saw the cctv of him playing in the park and it broke my heart, just an innocent little child. I have a 2 year old and a 3 year old, the 2 year old is autistic and also a runner, it’s so worrying. I hope Noah is found safe 🙏

AustenitesUnite · Today 13:43

Sorry, should have added that the police are asking the public not to use drones in that area as it will interfere with the ones they are using
