“Emergency services are looking for a three-year-old boy who went missing at a playground.

Police said Noah was at the playground at Merriam Close in Brantham, Suffolk, at about 15:00 BST, when he was reported to have run down a nearby alleyway towards a newbuild housing estate.
He is described as white, with curly ginger hair, and was wearing a white Bluey T-shirt, shorts and white trainers.
Residents have been asked to check their gardens, sheds and outbuildings. A helicopter has been pictured flying over the scene.
Noah was with a relative at the playground but "became separated" from them as they left, Suffolk Police said.

Passengers on trains between Manningtree and Ipswich have been told their services must run at a reduced speed due to the searches.
Rescue teams have been carrying out door-to-door inquiries in the area.
BBC reporter Zoie O'Brien, who is at the scene, says more than 100 people have joined the searches on Tuesday evening.

She said the helicopter appeared to be circling above fields and a wooded area behind the housing estate.”

I wonder if the new build housing estate is built? Maybe hiding somewhere or stuck? Hope he's found soon. Poor parents

persephoneee · Yesterday 20:47

The relative he was with must be in bits. Let's hope he will be found safe and well. We can hope....

JHITRM77 · Yesterday 20:48

It's so awful, mine have run off so many times but this is a long time to be gone, I hope he's ok 💐

LabubuTERF · Yesterday 20:48

Other sources say that he’s non-verbal, meaning he may not respond to being called etc.

I saw this earlier and I’ve been thinking of him ever since.

We’re almost six hours on. I wonder if the estate is finished, or if parts of it are still building sites and he could have got stuck somewhere. I don’t know the area but hopefully there is no open water near by.

Can’t stop thinking about this little boy and his family, absolutely heart breaking.

praying for good news.

alcovecupboards · Yesterday 21:39

Oh god, this is horrifying. Poor boy and his poor family, they must be going out of their minds.

Thelastofmypatienceisonfire · Yesterday 21:45

I come from the next town over, Manningtree and I’m still a member of lots of local groups online. Honestly the local community are rallying together and sharing the posts that he’s missing constantly, they’re also meant to be a search happening at 8pm organised by locals.

Hoping they find him soon. I have an autistic little boy and I couldn’t begin to imagine the terror that family are facing.

ChopSueyCharcuterieBoard · Yesterday 21:50

Keeping this bumped for people to see because theres not a lot else I can do.

I hope hes found safe and well, and the family have lots of support around just now.

Sugargliderwombat · Yesterday 21:52

This has made me feel utterly sick. Poor boy and poor family. It's so dark outside now.

ItsPickleRick · Yesterday 21:59

I’m reading that he’s partially deaf as well as non-verbal.

God I hope they find him soon.

Ihateboris · Yesterday 22:00

Oh my gosh. ...this is so upsetting. Hoping and praying he's found safe and sound very soon. 💔

SENmama21 · Yesterday 22:02

God this is heartbreaking. Poor little boy must be so scared. I can’t imagine the pain of his parents. I hope he is found safe.

Merryoldgoat · Yesterday 22:15

This is one of my biggest fears with my son. The poor family. I hope he’s found soon.
