that depends on your point of view and how you are wired .

I assume ( if we are using for example murder ) , most people here it would be ohourent and you just wouldn't do it .... therefore very easy to not to ...I don't think that's being good , you are just following your natural inclinations

but if say you saw the current government as a terrorist organisation and taking out the leader would restore peace .....one mans terrorist is another man's freedom fighter

No I wouldn’t. Where has he said he cares about the world and all who live in it? I m fairly sure no one we have defined as evil thinks they are evil .

most people would have to go against every instinct to commit some of these acts so we have a protective factor .

if your natural inclinations are the other way .... you are expecting someone to fight their nature and behave in ways others expect them . so I don't think it's a choice to be evil or good in the same way an addict doesn't choose to drink .
