You and everyone else on here know perfectly well that there’s been no genocide. The UN has even attempted to change the definition of the word so they can apply it to the war in Gaza, because that’s how much they hate Israel.

But you’re all loving it! You can accuse us of committing or supporting a made up crime. When we inevitably say ‘it didn’t happen’ you then get to call us ‘genocide deniers’. What larks! How marvellous for you, that you can wear your racism as righteousness while putting the Jews into a fun catch-22. Yay you.

The word ‘genocide’ was coined specifically to describe the Holocaust. Weaponising the Jews’ trauma by baselessly accusing the world’s only Jewish state of the same crime is about as antisemitic as it gets. I hope you’re proud.

You cannot say that everyone on here knows that there has been no genocide. You can only speak for yourself. You certainly don't speak for me.

I’ll tell you who are on my list, the Palestinians who committed the October 7 holocaust and the Palestinians who watched the broadcast of it and laughed and celebrated.

Clydebuilt · 08/09/2026 09:34

Right off the top of my head…Trump and Farage.

You think October 7th was retaliation? What did Shani Louk do that needed retaliation by rape and murder?

@Tootyfilou they were good people, moderate Israelis, many of whom supported Palestine. They went for gentle people who were doing nothing. It’s the saddest state of affairs with innocent people caught up again.

Firstly, one of the key lies of the antizionist movement is that this was a war between Palestine and Israel. It wasn't. Israel is fighting a conglomeration of middle eastern players who are dedicated to its total destruction as a state - in other words, their genuine genocidal intent towards Israel. Hamas, its leaders sheltered by Qatar, Iran, Hezbollah and Houthis, all united to destroy Israel. This is not a tale of little Gaza against mighty Israel. Its a tale of tiny country of Jews, Arab Muslims (20% of the population of Israel) and other minorities, fighting for their literal survival against a conglomeration of ME actors and states who would destroy it. That is the real tale.

The real tale is also that Israel forced its own citizens, out of Gaza in 2005. leaving Gaza to rule itself. Instead of dedicating itself to growing prosperity and peace so that it could become a trusted neighbour and become a recognised state, instead the leadership of Gaza decided to pour its efforts and investments into attacking Israeli citizens in attacks which we saw the culmination of in a deliberately sadistic manner , on October 7th.

I've already responded to your other allegations elsewhere in this thread, so I won't repeat my responses here.

You have had to completely remove Hamas, and its allies, from the narrative to you spin to be able to demonise Israel, you have to ignore all the other facts and evidence available. That is why your view is a racist one, against the nation of Israel. There isn't really any other way to describe your view than racist.

Sadcafe · 08/09/2026 13:43

Depends if you are talking about people in, for whatever reason, positions of power, so Trump, Putin, Jong- un, Tate, or just purely evil bastards in which case it’d be someone like Rudakubana

This post has opened my eyes. I am so ashamed. I can now see that my opposition to the demonising the world's only Jewish state, and constructing dehumanising lies against them, I can now see that by thinking that it is wrong to dehumanise Jews through lies and distortions, does make me exactly like a nazi. Nazis are famous after all for opposing racism against Jews.

I am shaking here. If I promise to chant 50 Free Palestines and 100 ' How many kids did you kill today', ( loving the centuries old tradition of that one!) will you forgive me?

Yes, that is the thing that has most shocked me about the footage Hamas filmed of themselves, and of the testimony of the survivors, it is the repeated accounts and footage of Hamas laughing and enjoying themselves.

In one particular video (that they took) they have trapped a man inside a car on the road, they are laughing as they say ' Look he is so scared, he is shaking!'; before they kill him. Over and over, at Nova, on the roads, at Kibbutzim, this is the account, that they were laughing and enjoying themselves as they murdered and tortured and raped.

True evil.

You are right. It cannot be said that everyone here knows there has been no genocide.

It can be said, however, that there has been no genocide in Gaza.

You sound like a propagandist for Israel and the IDF but the myth that the IDF is the most moral army in the world has worn very thin and people don't believe this any more in light of the terrible war crimes that have been revealed, such as using rape as a weapon of war.

In May 2026, the United Nations added Israel to its blacklist of countries that commit sexual violence in warzones for the first time. Official UN reports have verified dozens of conflict-related cases, outlining a pattern of abuse intended to humiliate, punish, and displace the Palestinian population.

Do you have evidence to counter my statement of the Gaza war being an urban war with an exceptionally low civilian to combatant death count? ( despite Hamas apparently taking no actions to protect its own citizens, and quite a lot of evidence that they deliberately left them in harm's way).

And if the antizionist movement wanted to show that it was not motivated by hatred of Israel, but bases its arguments in reality, and its morality in concern for Palestinians, then why isn't it also appalled, and making repeated statements, about how Hamas is an exceptional , in a bad way, government in the way it has had a complete disregard for the safety of its own civilians, not just in starting a war, but in its planning and operation of that war, That's a real exceptional story in itself, isnt it? If you care for Palestinians, why has that brutal operation from Hamas had none of your focus?

Nope, all you have is the UN, a highly politicised body, not a neutral one, with 57 muslim countries in the world, compared to one Jewish one.

Israel has and does take action against its soldiers where they are found guilty. What action do you think Hamas has taken against its members who murdered, tortured and raped, whose victims were babies, toddlers, children, women, men and the elderly on October 7th? What action has Hamas taken against them? Nothing but celebration. That is the difference between Israel and the Government of Hamas.

So stop trying to make a case against Israel when you are silent on Hamas. That just makes you a racist bigot.

I do have an interest in trying to understand the context. I support a Jewish state. Partly as a Christian but mostly because the driving influence in my life, my values and political beliefs has stemmed from learning about the Holocaust.

I have an unshakable belief that Jewish people must have a place to go. I don’t want them to need to go but I believe it must be in place. I worry though about what that means for others in that region who seem to be pushed out by settlers. I absolutely know Israel gets a worse press than other countries similarly involved in expansion.

Hamas are idiotic bastards who have caused horrendous harm to Jews and Palestinians alike. I just can’t see Netanyahu’s end game here. If it isn’t either killing or driving out Gazans, respectfully what is it?

I'm not Netanyahu, so I can't claim to know what is in his head. I do know that it is widely reported that prior to Oct 7th he thought that Hamas, who were repeatedly firing rockets at Israel (this is why there is the Iron Dome and bomb shelters, and safe rooms throughout Israel - this tells you the deep abnormality and threat from their neighbours that Israelis had accepted as normal) and sending terrorists in to kill Israelis, could be managed. That these attacks could be lived with and would not be worse that they were. That they would not present a serious threat to Israel.

October 7th changed all that. It showed he had been wrong.

Some of the motivation for the actions of the IDF can be gained by looking at what Hamas is doing and how the IDF need to respond to that. The level of destruction makes more sense when you look at that ( suggest Andrew Fox's work here - he has served in the ME and has extensive academic specialism in the ME -he is uniquely well placed to comment on this war).

Israel is under threat. There is a conglomeration of ME players who want to destroy it ( probably quite a few of the antizionists on this thread have similar genocidal hopes for the Israeli people). My guess is BN is trying to destroy the capability of these forces to pose a threat to Israel for a considerable time. But the scale of destruction of buildings ( large) compared to the number of civilians killed ( a tiny % of the Gazan population) is itself proof of the extraordinary efforts the IDF has gone to, to preserve life, and in the face of an enemy who has no apparent regard for its own civilian's lives.

t I would turn the question around because the obsessive focus on Israel whilst ignoring Hamas and its allies, is part of the bias.

What is Hamas' end game here? (they are clear on that).

Its Hamas and Palestinians who are the block to peace and a two state solution. They don't want that. They want all of Israel to be Palestine. As long as they believe that, there will not be peace. Try looking at the ASK project ( you can find on You Tube) where questions by viewers are put to Palestinians and Israelis. Its an interesting snap shot. when questions are put about a two state solution, this is rejected by those Palestinians asked.

Indeed.. I know of no other army that during a war warns the enemy to evacuate.

AnswerIsNo · 08/09/2026 14:39

Depends on your viewpoint - macro infamy or micro-scale relative anonymity?

The obvious contenders being the Clementine Jabba and Vladimir Putrid

The oil barons that are still fuelling the demise of the planet via direct and indirect policy (Trump)?

The untold numbers of people traffickers, rape gangs across the globe, no doubt also in the UK, possibly in your city or town

The Columbian/Albanian global cartels and everything they're involved to get it from plant to your nose - which by extension, makes each user part-culpable, in a similar manner of collective evil as the people who voted for Trump - twice.

What about the funders of mass-rollout of AI for no-one's gain, but theirs?

While we're at it - Zuckerberg et al, anti-social me-media is a stain on humanity

Evil will live much closer to home for many, so that their view of global evil is obliterated by their own daily experience, while some may have the unfortunate ability to recognise both

It was becoming clear to me a few years ago that the antics of Putin and now Trump, have given permission for many everyday people to become worse versions of themselves. From where I'm standing, may are acting on that permission with regular abandon, probably partly-subconsciously. Whether consciously wilful, or otherwise, the cumulative negative impact of that on the global psyche is huge and provides the space for 'once-evil' things to become near-normalised.

Agree with this. I am so pleased to see our government is finally starting to take a harder stance against the Israeli government and the abhorrent violent settlers. Much work to do still - but atleast it is a start.

BerthaPotts · 08/09/2026 14:49

How can some people on this thread defend Netanyahu, when his government is actively involved in aiding and abetting violent settlers in the occupied territories? You can debate all you want whether it is a genocide or not. But none of you have a leg to stand on in defending the state backed Israeli terrorism in the occupied West Bank. Who is allowing and aiding this terrorism? Netanyahu and his criminal government.

ToWhitToWhoo · 08/09/2026 18:00

It's interesting that no one (I think) has yet suggested Narendra Modi. Possibly not THE worst, but certainly pretty nasty.
