I’m feeling very encouraged following Burnham’s speech today.

Great choice of music. I just played the end again as ITV had it up in full, without commentary, but couldn't really hear it.

Well, folk loved to attack Starmer over his lack of charisma and dull delivery.... They will be scrambling to find something to attack Burnham on, because they can't use that line.

There's already a thread about women and children being unsafe under Burnham...

People who start those threads are those that let their poor suffering dog bark all day in a concreted small back yard, put them off lead in a small park and let them shit on the pavement without cleaning it up. Is my opinion.

I think the best thing to do now on MN is to not engage with the more stupid discussions and attempts to tear him down. Genuine discussions about policies etc. fine. Conspiracy theories, unfounded accusations of anti-Semitism, talk of communism and spreading of scare stories etc. ignore.

See if I can stick to it.😬
