He was actually falsely accused of sidestepping the question. How the Q&A worked was that MNHQ were going through all the questions that had been/were being posed (as back in the day those threads were in real time/live), and they picked out the ones that they thought were appropriate. They presumably thought that the question 'what is your favourite biscuit' was too trivial for a senior politician.

If I remember rightly he did actually come back and say what it was - although I've completely forgotten what it was!

It’s all very odd, she as far as I’m aware hasn’t been very high profile for quite some time who would want to harm a quite elderly woman in her own home truly horrible.

At 78 I would never have described my mum as a quite elderly woman. Certainly she was an elderly woman 20 years later.

I think it's the dirt keeping my car together, if I wash it you would see the scratches where we spend half our lives in the hedges avoiding people in penis extenders driving down the middle of the road.

My starting point is to read anything from the police with some serious filtering. Which seems only sensible when they have the right to execute you without any comeback. And that's before you remember that being locked up while innocent doesn't get any compensation these days.

My mum was still going on demos at 73. We went on the Stop the War demo together.

When I reached 65 (66 in November of this year), I realised I was no longer a young whippersnapper. 😂

Maybe it was the invitation to have the shingles vaccine.
