What could it be about Yusuf that made Farage block him from standing 🤔

Lowe has been upsetting his supporters by saying "I detest far-right ethno-nationalist neo-nazism, I’ve never been driven by that"

DuncinToffee · 28/06/2026 10:43

And leaked documents have revealed that Johnson failed to declare to parliament a gift of private jet flights from the same Harborne.

The same Lowe who is seeking MP pledges to deport any refugee coming via a UNHCR-approved community sponsorship route (build on Ukraine & Syria)

Coincidentally, one of Lowe's admirers attempted to start a very hateful thread. Immediately zapped by MNHQ. They then started a thread complaining about the thread being zapped by "the bad guys". Also zapped.

These people are nuts.

DuncinToffee · 28/06/2026 11:12

I saw that one, glad it was zapped quickly

Raven08 · 28/06/2026 11:13

Spent a depressing amount of time reporting homophobic pride comments on fb yesterday.
They were all taken down, which surprised me as usually fb let hateful language stand, especially if its aimed at women.
I'm going to go for a swim and try and forget the dystopian hellscape we seem to be living in.

I nearly always miss the controversial threads, though in this case probably for the good.

It’s really good to see all this stuff exposed though. I’d love to see the msm pick it up. We should all know about it.

Putting on my tin hat & wrapping myself in foil makes you wonder why it isn’t.

Once again, I judge by deeds not words.

I will bet that byzantine planning laws, and a disjointed approach to infrastructure, plus bunfights over who gets what means that rather than the owners of large retail parks snapping these up, there is a collective disinterest in the scheme.

Even at 50% overall efficiency, and if only 10% of retail parking spaces were used, the UK could have 2GW of "free" electricity. That's 2GW less you need from oil or gas or via Putin or Hormuz.

I broke the habit of many years and clicked on that. I normally refuse to give them clicks. Even after accepting ads it wouldn’t let me read unless I created an account. Not likely. What does it say?

DuncinToffee · 28/06/2026 13:26

It's paywalled but surely that is just a distraction from the £5m

I refuse to engage with the Mail. Instead I have just spent the last 5 minutes video chatting with DS and talking him through the process of using a pistachio shell as a whistle.

MsJinks · 28/06/2026 14:42

Interesting- about time some ‘journalists’ got into looking at Reform. I do think the £5million for security, sorry Brexit, sorry anything Farage wants to buy - has hit home surprisingly hard to him - I mean it should, but nothing else, including his flirting with the BNP and his dreadful school comments ever cut through - seems the U.K. perhaps view this as unfair grifting on the back of us citizens?

If Farage goes then Reform will surely follow - he is the guy folk want and believe in (don’t know why!) so would they then merge back to Toryland or would Lowe and his disgusting Restore party pick up popularity. Perhaps Musk offered Farage a bigger deal than the Thai guy to go away?

dapsnotplimsolls · 28/06/2026 14:48

He'll probably have set up another party by the time the 2029 election comes around.

Lidl and the Metrocentre, near us, have those. Generally, I get the impression that most retailers and landlords don't want to invest without backing from some sort of local plan.

And, of course, there will be less of that from councils that think polar bears are doing just fine so why bother with that nonsense.

Maybe the news of the £5,000,000 has alarmed a lot of people who were expecting to get something out of Reform as it shows that Farage is clearly way above their pay grade.

I mean if he can get £5,000,000 just to stand as an MP, how much is he charging when he's PM ?

Oh, Look, another universal credit thread has popped up. The oiks can visit Chatsworth at cut price now. Whatever next?

The aim is to try and pressure attractions into scrapping concessions. Threads like that will be the testing of the waters. Be prepared for councils run by Reform to make it their business to try to strong arm attractions in their authority to abandon concessions under penalty of a visit and endorsement by Farage himself.

"Nice amusement park you have there. It would be a shame id a massive right wing racist grifter were to visit and endorse you ....."
