Heard of him? Probably not, because there seems to be an almost complete news blackout about him. Basically the police handcuffed him and let him bleed out because they thought he may have said something racist - he didn't, it was a lie told by his murderer. Henry was 18.

Why did the judge put those remarks in? He must know about it having been in court.

The judge clearly says the knife was acceptable. I'm not sure how you could read the judgement and not understand that- the judge makes it as clear as anyone could possibly make it. The fact that MSM has managed to report things that are clearly not true is worrying in itself.

The Sikh community has said that large knives should be outlawed and only small 3 inch blades allowed. Carrying a 21 inch blade cannot be defended. Some have suggested wooden or plastic blades which seems a good compromise that many are already using.

Even if he was a racist, which has been disproved, the actions taken by the police that night are inexcusable. The actions taken by the murderer’s wider family are inexcusable. Racism is not a top trump.

The judge's remarks clearly contradict both of your assertions, and I'm not sure why you keep repeating things that you must know are not true.

The judge says this about the large knife:

"You are a member of an order of Sikhs called the Nihang who have a tradition of having a second knife, or kirpan, and that is often fully visible, believing that the guru will look favourably on that".

Btw I've seen the claims about the knife being 21 inches long and therefore illegal- if that is true than someone really should have pointed it out to the judge, as he seems to have missed it.

Why is carrying a blade to work a thing? This is the murderer at work (image lifted from X), just a normal day, with my dagger. It’s an accountancy firm. There is absolutely no reason to be wearing that.

It is being presented all over X that it is him, but I have seen elsewhere it is his brother. Whoever it is, why are they allowed to carry a blade around like that? Religion should not be a reason for carrying weapons in public. It is not even discreet.
