It's Springtime in Eastgate Park for the Playmobil people in our house...

... and so over the next week or so, I'll be bringing you scenes of everything that's going on. Today there are several people jogging in the park. Preston is out for his morning run.

Alwyn, Angharad, Aled and Anwen are also in the park with their dog Apollo.

Oh no! Apollo has snaffled Rollo's sausage from his hot dog!

"I'm so sorry!" says Angharad. "I'll go and buy you another hot dog."

"you stay here with Apollo" she says to her family "and I'll go to the food truck."

"I'd like a hot dog please!" she says to Jimmy.

Jimmy prepares the order.

"There you go!" says Anil.

Angharad takes the hot dog straight back to the picnic area.

She gives it to Rollo.

After the hot dogs there are some fresh apples.

Donna has brought some sweets for the children.

The boys play with the ball while Donna and Stephen pack up the picnic basket.

Eilian and Eurgain arrive with their children Elfyn, Elfair and Elis for a picnic. They have brought cool boxes to keep everything fresh.

Everyone has sandwiches except Elis, who has some baby food.

Next there are some red apples. Elis has some milk.

There are also some delicious doughnuts.

Kirsten and Yasmin are also here for a picnic.

They have brought some blue wine! Yasmin pours it out.

They have brought yummy pizza slices.

They were so good they each have another one.

And for dessert they share a luscious fruit flan!

Lord Zachariah and Lady Wilhelmina Fortescue are taking their children Aurora and Ariel for a picnic. Aurora is riding her pony Estrellita, and their poodle Gigi has come along too.

They find a nice place to stop where there is a pond and a picnic table and benches.

They unpack the picnic baskets.

They are having a lovely picnic. Aurora has brought along her teddy bear too.
