I love these types of threads as I feel I need some accountability as I’m dieting currently and also I’m nosey and like seeing what others have.

greek yogurt,mango and strawberries with a little bit of granola

mixed salad,avocado,spicy beetroot and leftover chicken tikka

will have -
homemade pasta bolognaise
mixed salad

Mango, strawberries and grapes.

Roast beef and mustard sandwich, cherry tomatoes, mini cheddars and a mandarin jelly.

Fishfingers and 5 beans.

Some chocolate truffles.

I ate half a bar of Lidl 85% chocolate yesterday.

Brace yourselves it's an odd mixture today. In no particular order:

Half a garlic and coriander naan bread (leftovers!)
Avocado with salad cream
2 nectarines
raspberry low fat yoghurt
walnuts, fennel seeds, pumpkins seeds mixed and roasted with honey
homemade wholemeal tomato, pepper and onion pizza
small mixed salad dressed with lemon and olive oil

Lots of tea

Fish finger sandwich with strawberries
Dinner will be jacket potato with avocado and beetroot salad and tuna mayo.
Drinks - coffee with oat milk, water, a pint of ginger & tumeric juice

Leftovers from yesterday's Greek lunch. Little bit of chicken souvlaki, tarama, tzatziki, lettuce, feta, cucumber, olives, onions and bread. With some hot ayvar from the fridge.

Half a stale Gails scone with loads of butter.

Mixed berries with greek yoghurt and some granola

Feta salad with olive, beetroot, watercress, cucumber, tomato and pumpkin seeds with Mediterranean roast vegetables and olive oil

Beef sandwich and packet of baked crisps

1.5 roasted chicken thigh fillets with a tablespoon of rice, peas and sweetcorn and 🥑

2 cups of tea

Tried to avoid the beef sandwich but I was too hungry
