I love these types of threads as I feel I need some accountability as I’m dieting currently and also I’m nosey and like seeing what others have.

greek yogurt,mango and strawberries with a little bit of granola

mixed salad,avocado,spicy beetroot and leftover chicken tikka

will have -
homemade pasta bolognaise
mixed salad

Breakfast: Porridge, blueberries, raspberries, walnuts, almonds and chia seeds
Lunch: McPlant burger
Dinner: Leftover tofu and bean chilli with avocado and quinoa
Snacks: Brazil nuts, apple, dark chocolate

Brunch: half a bacon sandwich which I’m calling a whole bacon sandwich as dh made it for me with 4 rashers of chunky butchers back bacon and 2 slices of doorstop bread - ate half which I equate to be one regular sized one then some cantaloupe melon.
Dinner: steak with cognac cream sauce, bread for mopping up, rocket and asparagus.

Leftover cold spaghetti with a bit of olive oil on it and some nutritional yeast
Pack of crisps

0.0 alc cider
Iced banana coffee with oat milk from black sheep (amazing)
Spoonful of baby's chia seed tofu and peach pudding
2 baby melty sticks
Sunday lunch (boiled potato, roasted carrots, broccoli, veggie sausages and gravy)

Breakfast - pear & banana yoghurt

Lunch - nachos with chicken, cheese, salsa, sour crème and guacamole and fresh peppers and onion.

Dinner - marinated pork neck fillet grilled, Padron peppers, asparagus, boiled new potatoes with butter and mint.
flat peach.

Alcohol free beer

Hm chicken, chickpea and spinach curry left over from last night with a naan warmed up with some butter.

About 8 raspberry and vanilla squashies (sweets).

1 mug tea with semi skimmed, 1 flat white coffee with 1 tsp sugar.

homemade flatbread, half wholemeal flour and the rest a mix of fine and cracked beremeal. (Ancient barley bought on recent trip to Orkney), filled with ‘hot cross bun’ spiced peanut butter.

wholewheat spaghetti and meatballs with homemade tomato sauce, Parmesan and tenderstem brocolli .
blueberries, skyr and almonds.
Plus quite a few big mugs of tea, one of milky proper coffee and an iced latte.
