I love these types of threads as I feel I need some accountability as I’m dieting currently and also I’m nosey and like seeing what others have.

greek yogurt,mango and strawberries with a little bit of granola

mixed salad,avocado,spicy beetroot and leftover chicken tikka

will have -
homemade pasta bolognaise
mixed salad

Snack - Slice of malted bloomer toast with butter and Marmite
Dinner - Capricciosa pizza delivered from Rudy's.

Drinks - four mugs of tea, two glasses of slimline tonic with lime juice

Breakfast - stewed rhubarb and creme fraiche, nectarine.

Snack - milk chocolate

Lunch - spinach and cheese mini egg tartlet, mixed salad, smoked fillet, avocado cream (out to lunch)

Dinner - chicken, leek, feta filo tart, couscous and Lebanese salad

lots of tea
milky coffee

A very active couple of days so I think my body is just shouting out for calories!

Tuna salad wrap with quavers

Protein bar and handful of nuts

Pasta bake

Everything was either leftovers or made yesterday so I didn’t have to cook at all (apart from 15,0000 meals and snacks for my kids) which made it all taste even better
