It the most perfectly ripe avocado ive ever experienced in my life 🤩 I fear avocados will never be the same again, a bit like when you eat fruit in a tropical country

I was going to give 5/10 for skin removal (tastiest part of the chicken) but giving you 0/10 for the aluminium leaching into the chicken from cooking it wrapped in foil negating any health gains from your salads! Cooking in foil or aluminium pans is linked to increased risk of Alzheimer’s and neurological issues in quite a few studies incase you weren’t aware. Also why wrap it to air fry? The skin naturally keeps the chicken moist and tastes delicious.

I’ll give it an eight for content as it’s similar to mine!

6/10 I like all the elements but would have mixed the beans in the cous cous with an olive oil heavy dressing and shredded the chicken and mixed that in too.

Although I am eating a burrata out of a plastic baby food bowl with a pint so who am I to judge someone else's lunch?

I would have left the tin foil off the chicken when air frying as it crisps the skin beautifully.

I don't like cous cous. Don't mind the beans at all.

I love the rest of your salad though as I absolutely HATE any salad dressing.🤮. Dry, crunchy salad every time for me.🥰
