As an American who didn't really care about the King coming over to meet with our idiot President, I must say they I am thoroughly enjoying King Charles roasting Trump at every opportunity. I have never been more grateful for British wit and delicate sarcasm in my life. Bravo Charles, keep it up.

Charles is heavily involved in his speech writing. Clearly his speeches were not all they discussed. 78 and with cancer with all the privilege in the world is still pretty hard going.

When KCIII was W’s age, few people would have imagined he would have had such a successful tour in the US.

Iirc he had personal problems at 40 but was at least doing more working than William, and had achieved more.

I mean yes, by the standards of literally any other working person, none of them are hard working, but judged by the standards of the Royal Family, William does far, far less than anyone else (apart from his wife). Which is fine, as long as there is a cut in the amount they get from us.
