I think Trump decides what his policy of the day /hour is by throwing a dice. It seems so random and inconsistent

I think that Scrotus is going to attempt to negotiate a 'deal' with KC3 regarding the UK sending ships to Hormuz or whatever. So KC3's bingo card can just have "That's not something I can do".
