As I said above, it's on Trump's own social media platform - which he is absolutely obsessive about, judging by the amount of time he spends on it - so you can be sure that he approved it even if he didn't physically push the keys to post it himself. And he's got plenty of form for this kind of nonsense - look up the image of himself as Pope he posted last year! And how about his AI-generated vision for Gaza as a deranged Trumpian Las Vegas with giant golden statues of the great man himself, have you forgotten that?
He's a dangerously deluded, tragically shallow excuse for a president with an ego the size of a planet. He's indefensible, don't even try.

He's a narcissist who has surrounded himself with sycophants. I've seen Christians telling him to his face that he's like Jesus, that he was spared from an assassination attempt for a purpose. As a narcissist, he probably believes it.

He and his followers (probably some on here) will try to claim it’s just a wind up to “own the libs” and “hasn’t he got a great sense of humour?”. And others will think it’s a fair comparison. Trump is their Jesus/God/Holy Spirit come to save them.

People on Truth Social create them and he finds them, likes them, and re-posts them. Nothing more complex than that. The interesting thing is that many people posting these things on Truth Social are not MAGA at all - they're basically trolling (in the original internet sense of the word) the MAGA diehards and Trump by posting the most ludicrous images imaginable - getting Trump to re-post one of your images is basically hitting the jackpot. It's a fine line to walk between posing as a MAGA ultra and trying a little bit too hard and getting found out and kicked off.
