Just being nosey!
£152 weekly shop in Tesco
£129 DS’s main birthday present
£25 soft play
Was going to stock up on my skincare (been substituting with cheap stuff for a few months) this evening but feel like I might need to hold that off now.

30 pounds! Ordered my kids and their friends a happy meal as they had a playdate at mine. I also got a meal 😂

checme · 01/02/2026 20:39

I haven't spent a penny all weekend and expect it to remain that way.

JBJ · 01/02/2026 20:39

£10 on some silicone sealant as my shower is leaking and I can’t afford to pay anyone to come and redo it, so I’m having a go tomorrow. Not sure my knees and back will thank me however!

PatchworkOwl · 01/02/2026 20:50

Just a top up shop (bread, milk, bananas, ham, bin bags, cereal and wipes), so about £10.

@HopeWithNotes £160 in London is reasonable for cut, colour, blowdry. I usually pay £140 to £180 dpending how many colours my hairdresser foils through. That really isn't a mega rate.

A new cashmere jumper, book and lipstick. Not great for my low buy…

Plus some chocolate.

Impressed you got all this for £32.50!

Jillybloop393 · 01/02/2026 21:28

About £80.00 at my local horse feed stockist on a sack of donkey feed and puppy toys for my new puppy, £40.00 with Amazon for collar and harness for the puppy, tomorrow will be around £150.00 for Microchip and vaccinations - maybe a little more. But today pales into insignificance with the amount I paid out on Friday for my eight week old Staffie puppy!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Now tomorrow I have a shit load to pay for, I listed it earlier as we are attempting to budget better and now I know where the money goes....
