A pro Trump thread to balance the 154 anti Trump threads!

Thought I’d be brave and start a pro-Trump thread for a change, after all, there are so many anti-Trump ones , we need some balance!
I even tried commenting on an anti-Trump thread today… and wow, just kept being told to go away, my comments were not well received. Honestly, I feel honoured to feel as if I have been officially deported, what an achievement!😂

Pro-life lobby is constantly attacking him for something or another, so I think not.

Yeah. The pro life mob want a total federal ban on all abortion. The states rights stuff is not enough for them.

They need to pray for Vance to get in for that to happen.

BoyHowdy · 30/01/2026 05:38

RingoJuice · 30/01/2026 04:55

Well you should have heard what I was saying about Trump in 2016. I skipped the election that year. Thought it was all a ridiculous farce.

So I totally understand.

I’m sure you do, based on your posts nobody is surprised you prefer Trump this time round.

I was about to say they’re great with their thoughts and prayers when people get shot, but they seem to have stopped bothering to pretend with all that now.

Yup. I expect they will be praying Trump does not take their guns away now, given what he said about it not being good for people to be walking about with guns.

The irony being that he is doing what they always said they needed their guns for - turning his troops against citizens.

Turkeys voting for Christmas in multiple ways. I always think he must not be able to believe what fools his supporters are. But he did say he could shoot somebody on 5th Avenue and they’d let him get away with it. I guess he was right.

It’s very much the same with pro-lifers. NRA types have known for many years that Trump isn’t a huge guns guy.

But what do you expect them to do, vote for Democrats, who are even worse on this issue? Of course not.

Honestly I personally align with Democrats better on some issues. But because I believe they will flood my country with fake asylum seekers again, I’ll not vote for them. It will take a LOT on their part to ever win it back.

I recall after the Vegas shooting he wanted to ban some guns, but a visit from the NRA sorted him out on that. Trump settled for a bump stock ban, but SCOTUS scrubbed that eventually.

As Jesus said " Blessed are the well armed, for they shall protect you from the others " Matt 5:5 ( NRA version).

So your support of Trump is based around immigration? Why are these people so abhorrent to you? The US has been built on immigrants including Trump's family.

I understand concerns around the issue but the way Trump is doing this is disgusting. The budget he has for ICE is huge and to the detriment of other areas. It can't continue indefinitely. There has to be a better way of dealing with this.

A better way than terrorising people in the street, shooting citizens and detaining citizens? You would think so wouldn’t you. I’m not sure you’re going to get that response from this poster though.

I'm not part of a mob getting in the way of law enforcement carrying out their duties. And I definitely wouldn't spit at the officers and attack their car (the week before this incident), and show up again!

They’re not “doing their duties” though. If they had an actual name of an actual illegal immigrant that they’re there to arrest….fair enough.

That’s not it, though. They’re casting a huge net and detaining as many brown people and people with accents, as they can. Sometimes shipping them to the opposite end of the country, before ascertaining that they are actually are citizens or visa holders. This is a major infringement on their civil rights. The irony is the amount of Native Americans that they’re detaining.

If they have a warrant…crack on. If they’re there to round up brown faces and accented voices…NO.

Well said. And if you look into most of Trump's administration, those idiots would not be there without immigration. I could list them all, but what's the point, the bottom line is they are pulling the ladder up behind them and they would not be there without immigration to the US

What is really galling is ICE hitting on immigration centres where legal immigrants are attending routine appointments and court hearings. They are doing everything asked of them but ICE are kidnapping them and they are removed and deported within days, sometimes leaving children behind.

There’s a news article somewhere that talks about the five-year sign-on bonus. To get it, and I suspect many of them probably won’t, given the way it’s structured there’s an alleged expectation of 8 detainments a day.

Allegedly there are prior college loans being paid off too, but I doubt they’re having to do too much of that with ICE agents though. There’s also a leaked video of Greg Bovino saying the city is theirs.

Ding ding ding! We have a winner!

Exhibit A: The Senate Border Act of 2024. Initially drafted by a Republican. The strictest border laws in US history, brought to Congress by a bi-partisan team of Republicans and Democrats.

Trump’s reaction? To order all Republicans to vote it down. Why? Because if the strictest border law in US history is enacted during the Biden administration, Trump can’t bleat on about “open borders” during his 2024 election campaign. What do the Republicans do? They follow their Orange Jesus’ instructions.

Proof that Trump does. not. give. one, shiny. fuck. about. the. border. He only cares about himself and what he can get, at anyone else’s expense. I’d love to see the likes of RingoJuice twist herself in knots explaining how Trump actually wants tighter border control. The evidence is that he’s had over 5 years to build his wall, and he ordered voting down of the Senate Border Act of 2024. But you see…facts don’t matter to these folks in the cult, so there’s no point in presenting them with logical facts. They’re too far gone.

Edited

I also read somewhere that the arrest quotas include all arrests, not just legitimate arrests. It’s become a game of getting as many brown faces processed through the detention centres as possible. They’re hitting their targets at the expense of everyone’s civil rights. Cool.

What she (no idea if @RingoJuice is a man or woman, but I'm going with she for the moment) is really waiting for with excitement, is when more information comes out about what's happening inside those ICE detention centres/private prisons. The tales of horror and cruelty are going to make her year. She might even return to living in the US if they've tortured and killed enough non-whites.

Yeah, basically.

Immigration of the best of the best is ideal. But this isn’t what we have at all.

Sure, there are better tactics.

Like no longer allowing remittances by those without legal status. Not allowing banking services to those without work authorization. Only giving out ITINs under limited circumstances. Only hearing asylum cases at government-run facilities near the border. And (GOP hates to hear this one) prosecution of employers who knowingly hire illegal workers.

There are better ways of course. But you still need ICE to pick up illegal alien criminals and those served with final deportation orders. As well as continue the worksite raids that ICE have always done.

Also might be better not to announce big ops because that just attracts radical leftists who make things unsafe for themselves and other people

Elderlycatparent002 · 30/01/2026 08:26

They are asylum seekers and obviously just had their claim rejected. This is what happens to most asylum seekers—most really have no basis to stay.
