Yes - that was my thinking. Miller is behind most of what comes out of the Orange One's mouth. Trump just adds the personal peeves and insults. I think Miller probably makes sure that he is the last person to talk to Trump every day just to make sure he isn't influenced by anyone else.

It’s a genuine question, but are the American people happy to pay this huge fee for Greenland? The hard core republicans may be, but I’m sure even a few of those may not be entirely happy about it. Was it something he spoke about before he was elected?
It’s an eye watering sum of money , but spun to be in the National interest to own it. Surely the people in Greenland need a referendum on it too ?
What’s the actual plan ? Just offer money and see what happens ?
