What I take from this really sad story is that celebrities, and parents in general, should.not parade their kids on social media and try to sell the "happy, perfect family" image at all cost.

It sounds like he reached a point where he decided to put his wife first as and to stop playing the game.

I do think Victoria Beckham has self-esteem issues. Maybe imposter syndrome after all these years.

The Beckhams always seem so desperate to me..David standing in the queue to see the queen's coffin....those emails about the knighthood....maybe I'm wrong, but it always seemed as if everything was always designed to gain favour with the ' right sort' of people in order to advance socially. If they"'d just been a fun couple enjoying their success and undoubted talents and wealth, fine, but all that faux i love my country stuff when you know it's quite possibly fake....being seen to do the right thing at the right time . Ugh . No wonder Brooklyn wanted out. Imagine being moved round like a chess piece all your life. If it's all true then eugh !!

There’s a photo of her and David coming out of a restaurant and she looks pretty drunk with a patch at her crotch looking like she has wet herself. David didn’t look best pleased in the photo.

But both these ‘children’ ( Brooklyn & Harry) have had dysfunctional upbringings. They thought their family was normal, until they have partnered with others & now they realise how controlled they were bit of a shock to learn your family is more worried about public perception than they are about you. Might be a hard pill to swallow.
You are basing your opinion based on your life not their lives which probably was a bit of a gilded cage.

I swear VB turned up to support NPB at one of her events as recently as last year, maybe her movie premiere? Don’t think it’s fair to say VB said no the “one time” they asked her.

He’s went from one controlling situation to another.

He was a teen when he got the same tattoos as his dad. That’s beyond weird. He doesn’t seem to have the capacity to think for himself.

What’s made him vulnerable to this new controlling relationships he is in, was his brand Beckham upbringing.

Brooklyn would be crazy to hook up with H (&M) for anything, Harry is very unpopular and disliked, Brooklyn, for the moment at least, seems to be getting a huge amount of sympathy and support. The sympathy for Harry fell off a cliff edge very quickly after Oprah and Spare and continued to slide.

I think his problem is that he is just an average nice bloke in a family where that isn’t enough - but then that has been obvious for years.

First of a wave. In the next few years I think we’ll see a lot of children of influencers making similar decisions and statements.

I love Harry and am in full support of what he's done escaping from Charles the Cruel and the Wicked Hag.

Why are people not more supportive of a guy who lost his mum aged 12 and had to watch while that bloody awful woman took her place? I know loss of a parent at a young age and I know what it is like to lose a parents attention to an outsider. It's bloody awful.

Opinion seems divided already so it may actually work out favorably for D&V with BB looking like the spoilt ungrateful child betraying his loving parents who only ever wanted the best for him etc etc etc.

But even before that tragedy life was pretty rotten for him when the divorced /the interviews and books his parents wrote.

And then people forgotten about the horror around his mum's death ,al fayed and the inquest s, the pregnant rumours /relationship/burrel stealing all those items or accused of it

I think Harry's family is very dysfunctional and he had an awful upbringing - but I can't feel any sympathy for someone who thinks it is funny to go to a party dressed in a nazi uniform. Or who can't be left alone with the family dogs (reportedly, I really, really hope this is a rumour). Basically I've disliked him for a very long time. However, I do know that does not justify what was done to him and I can understand why you support him. But I personally don't care what happens to him.

By contrast, I kind of like Brooklyn. I think he is probably a bit dim, but he seems kind and harmless. I remember a picture of him with Harper shortly after she was born. He was marching her buggy up and down a football field and looked so delighted. Aw bless. 😅

Thank you. I'm sick to death of. So many people have just forgotten the little boy who grew up without his mother's love and guidance and had to quickly fast forward and watch his adulterer father marry a woman who had ruined his mother's life. I spit blood when I am asked about what happened within my own family and it wasn't adultery but it was forgetting I'd already lost one parent and leaving no room for my relationship with my other one. I can only imagine the pain he's in and it is totally wrong to expect him to bury it just because he's 'the king's) and I lose the term loosely, son. I'm not sure what is wrong with the world that we are expected to gloss over someone's misdeeds just because of who they are.

Well a footballer from Davids younger years is cheering on Brooklyn and the partner of the Dj commented confirming the inappropriate dancing then the comment went and was replaced with one again cheering on Brooklyn still…

With the dress I assumed peltz was going to have more than one much like many rich and famous people do. Also the articles after the wedding they still hadn’t gone nc they were hardly Going to blow the lid off back then.

I had no idea they were so instrumental in the press stories about themselves back then. They seem to have sold their souls for fame, and now it’s coming back to haunt them.
