9/10, with improvement advice only on sleep. (But the food part didn't seem to account for the fact that I mainly eat the kinds of things the quiz considers healthful because I'm probably a bit too preoccupied with limiting calories, carbs, fats, etc. And the alcohol part seemed a little permissive).

DeathMetalMum · 03/01/2026 15:12

5/10 I'm at the top end of recommended BMI though I do want to loose half a stone.

I certainly could be much more active, alcohol also bought my score down slightly. Diet was the biggest thing it suggested changing, though I have always chosen fuller fat versions of food and it suggested not doing this.

7, need to improve on vaping and alcohol, neither of which I intend to do!

I got a 10 somehow and I vape

BooksandCats123 · 03/01/2026 15:16

9, need to improve on sleep.

NessShaness · 03/01/2026 15:18

I got a 6, I need to improve movement and vaping which I knew already.

RejoiceandSing · 03/01/2026 15:32

6, mostly because of the lack of exercise, plus "some work" needed on food and sleep (maybe because I eat cheese?). Lack of exercise is because of my physical disabilities though, so I'm not too concerned about that - not because it wouldn't be good in an ideal world, more because as a powerchair user it's currently not physically possible to e.g. walk or cycle to work

CorporaINobbyNobbs · 03/01/2026 15:43

No exercise (other than walking which it doesn’t count) - I do walk but not particularly briskly! too much booze during the year although I have cut right down in last 3 months. Have also quit smoking but have the odd vape in an “emergency”. Defo don’t eat enough veg. I’m aware of all this though so wasn’t surprised!

It does count walking- I scored 10 and that’s all I do.

AvocadoJam · 03/01/2026 16:37

9 but that's because they recommended switching from full fat to semi skimmed milk and to stop cheese... considering I'm breastfeeding and avoiding processed foods, that would be a No thanks, NHS

RescueMeFromThisSilliness · 03/01/2026 16:40

I did it the other day and got an 8. Suggested I increase my level of exercise.

landlordhell · 03/01/2026 16:44

I guess because I walk briskly every day with my dog for 30-40 mins plus I’m on my feet a lot at work( school) so it’s good to k ow it all counts. I do have a kettle bell that I keep in the kitchen and I use it while I’m cooking / waiting for things to cook but there was nowhere to include that

Berlinlover · 03/01/2026 16:46

I got 7. I don’t smoke or drink and I eat well but I have cancer and am very anxious and stressed about it.

Yes landlord I meant it only counts brisk walking! I walk a bit going to work/shops but I wouldn’t call it brisk so I said no to that question.

Try to improve your sleep, it tells me. 10 years of menopause have wrecked my sleep. Hmm

And no thank you to low-fat food options full of gelatine and artificial ingredients.

RedRiverShore6 · 03/01/2026 14:34

9, I came unstuck on the eating, too much full fat cheese and yogurt, I don't like the low fat ones

I got 10/10 while selecting full fat yogurt and cheese, so it's probably not enough veg that lost you the point? I also do no exercise but walk a lot (dog!).

Slurpyglug · 03/01/2026 17:22

9/10, I need to improve sleep, but as someone with both types of insomnia I already knew that and if I could I would 😂

Honestly I'm still stuck on why I need to improve, I had enough veg and a mix of wholemeal and white carbs. Maybe I'm not allowed white rice, or maybe it was the cup of tea in the drinks section? I thought the tea/ coffee tick box was a bit blunt because 6 cups of coffee a day isn't anything like one weak tea every few days, but it is the second most common drink I have after water

Maybe the carbs then? I only eat the odd slice of bread, no other refined carbs after a pre-diabetes scare. You get used to it though it's hard to eat out in cafes!

MadamCholetsbonnet · 03/01/2026 17:47

8/10

I fell down on insufficient veg which is fair enough, and on exercise, but the quiz didn’t ask about disability so that’s pretty unfair.

I got 10/10 and ticked water, tea and coffee with no sugar. It didn’t ask how many cups. Tea and coffee are healthy drinks( without sugar).

ShanghaiDiva · 03/01/2026 18:14

BitOutOfPractice · 03/01/2026 13:45

I got 9! I need to improve with booze.

Snap!

RedRiverShore6 · 03/01/2026 18:18

For the drinks I ticked tea and coffee no sugar and diet drinks, not water as I drink Pepsi Max but strangely that seemed to be not a bad thing. I find it strange I got 9 as I also ticked 3-4 ready meals a week. I don't drink or smoke though and walk very briskly quite a lot of miles, I'm retired so walk a lot

RejoiceandSing · 03/01/2026 18:19

Could be that! I do wholemeal non-upf bread and jacket potatoes mostly, but my white pasta is probably not so good, I should maybe switch to wholemeal. I already have some dietary restrictions for health reasons so I resent doing more, but i don't mind wholemeal lasagne tbf
