i cannot eat more veg as i have IBS and i’ll get the shits!
i cannot improve my sleep as im menopausal.
i cannot reduce my stress as i work and care for my parent and it’s tiring and stressful.

so im fucked basically 🤣

I got 7. Happy to accept the alcohol criticism but peeved about the diet. I eat 80-90% UPF free. Very rarely get takeaways, would never eat ready made meals, hardly touch red meat, eat loads of seafood and include ground almonds, chia, pumpkin seeds etc in most meals, but they said to improve because I was eating white bread instead of whole meal and not eating porridge or shredded wheat?

I eat wholemeal bread but I put full fat butter on it and they don't account for that. Except I guess butter on brown is better than butter on white.

I got 5, I dont drink or smoke, have a good diet, am a size 6. However I have amongst other things chronic fatigue syndrome and am unable to exercise (use a stick or wheelchair). I struggle with sleep due to pain. Ironically all my ill health was caused by the nhs (who now like to fob me off) hence why all the areas I can, I have improved. Unfortunately the the areas it states I need to improve on (movement and sleep) are not possible.
This is going to show that mothers, shift workers, carers, disabled, menopausal women etc all have poor health, when in actual fact its oftencircumstances.

I agree , I scored 8 for the same reasons but I would say full fat yogurt and cheese is better as is higher in protein.

10 for me! With 2 vegetarians, a vegan and a coeliac in the family I don ‘t have the choice of ready meals and most takeaways. I seldom drink and have fairly recently become a gym bunny after developing arthritis in one knee.

Hmm, I put full fat for yoghurt too but didn't get marked down. I rarely eat cheese so didn't tick any there.

Same - I got an 8 but rounded it up to 9 as full fat is better than a upf low fat option.

it told me my Movement was good even though I told it I don’t do any regular exercise, which is odd. I told me I need to eat better and sleep more which I knew.
