Mine was 15 when I went to bed last night (window cracked open very slightly). Heating is set at 12 overnight, just to stop it getting really cold. I can’t stand sleeping in a warm room, although I do like to be warm in bed.

Radiator off, unless frost/snow forecast, window open at least a crack, and generally about 18C.

Autumn weight duvet (9.5 tog) Summer through to Spring, flat sheet + occasional cellular cotton blanket remainder of year.
Naked since almost forever!

No idea. I dont have the heating on and my window is wide open. Im snuggled up though with a heated blanket over my feet, a weighted duvet over me and a feather duvet within reach. I love having a cold room but warm bed.

We’re the same. Plus we switch an electric blanket on just before going to bed. Never have the heating on at night.
