Then there are ones like Stranger Things that I just couldn’t get into even though it has so much hype around it.

@NellieJean totally agree it’s just horrible, I don’t think it would help if they used a better actor than Matt Smith. I have always found Nick Cave to be niche, musically and literally

agreed. Every single character was a despicable horrible human that you’d not care if they all died in a plane crash by the end of episode 1

I didn’t get past the first season

I think streaming rather than waiting a week for the next episode has changed our viewing habits

Everything I watch on streaming channels seems to be weekly, Landman, Plur1bus, Tracker, High Potential, to name but a few that I'm waiting for next episodes.

Nope. And it’s weird cos it’s definitely my sort of program. I love supernatural stuff like that, but I just could not get into it and it’s so popular!

@Soubriquet have you ever watched the mentalist ? It’s not supernatural but it’s a great series, the main character (the mentalist) is very alluring i think, it does get quite dark at times but I think it’s an underrated series (nobody annoying and squealing in it either)

It got too horrible for me.

I loved Lost but had to fast forward the torture scenes.

Ripper Street, on paper it should have been absolutely perfect for me but nope.

All of the soaps - repetitive, time consuming and boring most of them
Dancing on Ice good to start with but all the clapping drove me mad
Big brother after series 2 years ago utter trash
You on Netflix good to start with, then lost interest
Breaking Bad good to start with but just got boring
Handmaid's tale series one and 2 okay, the rest of it repetitive and all a bit predictable.
Multiple netflix films, mainly American ones i'm afraid. If it doesn't grab me within 30 minutes, i'm out. I've wasted too much time watching so many crap ones i'm pretty ruthless now with tv watching. I only watch an hour or so each night if that, so I prefer it to be something I enjoy, rather than to endure

Bridgerton, house of Guinness, thought I’d love them.

House of Guinness was terrible. I managed one episode. Why oh why were those people dressed like leprechauns fgs.

Watched series 1 of Stranger Things but thought it was for teenagers so didn't bother with any more
Dark, a German series was ok but only watched the first series
Finished the whole of The Mentalist last week. last series after finding out who Red John was, was ok, but the Red John storyline was fantastic

Westwood. Back story was too complicated.
