Sherbert lemons! Also sherbert pips. Those were the best sweets to have if you were buying them by the quarter. If you were buying individual sweets then refreshers, blackjacks and - of course - sherbet dibdabs.

I’m not sure if you will all love me or hate me but I grew up with this shop.
My aunt now has a tendency of going and getting a big jar or box of family favourite sweets (Chocolate covered nougat or pineapple rock).
I have seen strawberry pips on there for those wanting pips!
Sadly I don’t live close enough to just pop in anymore but I do have lots of family there so I send them lol.

Oooo the memories. I loved most of the above... strawberry and cola laces haven't been mentioned yet. i remember being dragged up hillwalking and my dad trying to be kind and letting me get some pick and mix before we went. Ate all those laces in the car and then promptly sicked them all back up (being in back seat along windy roads) 🤣 good times!
