I've just started watching Luther from the beginning.
It's 15 years old 😱
So good and Idris Elba is so hot

Anything you'd like to rewatch?
I'd love to binge on GoT all the way through, but I've tried several times and then get confused 😆

I love Luther! I've rewatched it about 3 times.. Not a fan of GoT. I've recently finished the Handmaids Tale which was excellent and I will be rewatching that (after a break!, it's emotionally intense).

ACatAsleepInYourHat · 30/10/2025 12:30

Only Murders in the Building has just finished, so I think it’s time to go back to the start and have a good old rewatch binge. I’m still ploughing through a rewatch of Grey’s Anatomy - God knows why, it annoyed me enough the first time round - and I might just give The Boys another go in anticipation of the next series.

TheCountessofFitzdotterel · 30/10/2025 12:32

The Line/Un Village Francais on ITVX.
It’s a historical drama set during the Vichy period and it’s so so good.
Very believable and engaging characters with plausible dilemmas. It’s in French with subtitles.

The morning show on Apple TV is brilliant. @JabbaDaButti rewatched Luther recently too - I agree idris elba as John Luther is hot! @ACatAsleepInYourHat did greys recently, loved the earlier series!

A new series of Shetland is about to start, so I may celebrate by going back to the beginning and watch Perez's development from being a scruffy dresser to being rather chic in his uniform of jumpers and peacoat.

I did not know this! This has cheered me up today!

Wed November 5th.

JabbaDaButt · 30/10/2025 13:06

DH says we should start Shetland over too, with the new series coming up.
I don't think we can fit 9 series in less than a week. 😂

I love the early seasons of Grey's and have watched them more times than I care to count.

The Handmaid's Tale is one I've done recently, absolutely worth it.
Bloody brilliant.

I'm reliving Twin Peaks and watching the 90s series Millennium for the first time.

And Parks and Recreation for the umpteenth time in the evenings.

EineReiseDurchDieZeit · 30/10/2025 13:09

I’ve just finished Nobody Wants This and moved on to Boots on Netflix

DarkEyedSailor · 30/10/2025 13:10

I love Luther but the last season was ridiculous so I pretend it didn't happen.

I'm watching The Handmaid's Tale at the moment. Amazing.

Randomchat · 30/10/2025 13:12

I'm quite enjoying Blue Lights on the BBC. I enjoyed season 1 but now I'm getting a hit tired of all the drug baron stories and would like some variety in my policing. So I might not watch much more

Sgtmajormummy · 30/10/2025 13:13

DH and I are watching The Man in the High Castle for the fist time and really enjoying it. A good mix of history, science, culture and human interest.
Next up will be Dark (German time travel horror).

I LOVE Dark, my username is from there. I envy you watching for the first time

HouseWithASeaView · 30/10/2025 13:17

I’ve only just discovered Slow Horses. Loving it.
And I went to watch the latest series of The Morning Show, decided I couldn’t remember enough of what had happened previously so have just re-watched the first series which is excellent. I do remember being disappointed with series 2 so I’m not sure whether to skip that or not.
I have plans to watch The West Wing and Succession one day.

DriveMeCrazy1974 · 30/10/2025 13:23

We've been watching things we missed the first time around because we were young and went out a lot! Recently we've watched Inspector Morse, Endeavour and Lewis - have to say we preferred Endeavour really.
We're currently watching A Touch of Frost - enjoying that!
We watched At Home With the Braithwaites - loved it!
We also recently watched Clocking Off, The Syndicate, The Street, Last Tango in Halifax, and Moving On - thoroughly enjoyed all of those, so if anybody has any ideas for things that are similar, please let us know :)

JadziaD · 30/10/2025 13:32

I feel llike a bunch of new seasons have recently come back so I'm spoiled for choice as well as a few new things. Wish I had more time though!

I watched Boots and loved it.

Am watching new seasons of NCIS Origins and Sydeny, and Greys Anatomy (which isn't irritating me as much as usual so maybe I'll even watch the whole seaon).

I can't WAIT to start watching the Witcher, with starts today. But I need to be able to pay attention so might have to be the weekend before I get to it!

I've also watched half of the first episode of the Walking Dead Darryl season 3 and will enjoy the rest of it at some point.

I've been watching Wild Cards and HIgh Potential while cooking - quite easy to watch, not terribly exciting, but I don't need all my attention so that's working.

I'm annoyed about the new season of Borderline on ITV as I missed the first episode and haven't been able to track it down streaming/on demand. So I'm recording them, but waiting until I can find Episode 1 before I can watch any of them.

I did watch the first season of the Australian show Colin from Accounts on iplayer a while ago so have it on my watch list for season 2 at some point, but I'm not rushing.

julesover40 · 30/10/2025 13:34

I've just finished Accused on Netflix, so good with an amazing cast on each episode. Have now started Fearless which I am also enjoying.

Crucible · 30/10/2025 13:36

Harlots! Absolutely brilliant, tragic and hiliarious.

The second series?! Is it as good as the first?!

Santasbigredbobblehat · 30/10/2025 13:42

I’m watching Slow Horses.
And some absolute pap on Netflix called Sullivan’d Crossing.

Aintgointogoa · 30/10/2025 13:45

Down Cemetery Road on iPlayer. Emma Thompson and Ruth Wilson, absolutely brilliant ! Same writer as Slow Horses (which is brilliant as well)
I envy those who haven't watched Succession, I'd love to see it with first time eyes again. Often rewatch random episodes.

EineReiseDurchDieZeit · 30/10/2025 13:47

@Starlight1984 sadly not it’s repetitive and goes around in circles

mumofoneAloneandwell · 30/10/2025 13:48

Idris is super hot 😄🤭
