Things I don’t do…that apparently everyone else DOES do…

Tonight I put some Nivea on my face but apart from taking my makeup off each day, I don’t have a skin care routine and I don’t use moisturiser that often.

Other things I don’t do…I don’t make the bed every day (might straighten it, but that’s it), I don’t keep takeaway boxes (does anyone?) and I don’t send Christmas cards (never miss a birthday though).

What things do you not do…that most other people seem to do? This is a ‘no judgement’ thread. 😆

Unironed clothes so a bit ungroomed at times
Fresh breath from no coffee
Clear skin from no alcohol
Slim from walking everywhere
A mind free of sleb crap

As a 'plastic' it might be mo vs re frowned upon now, but no more so than any other plastic.

i use these & fage/bol pots more than my 'good. Tupperware & other things because it's no big deal if it gets stained! 🥲

Also used for small parts of games, screws/bits & bobs.

OH MY ACTUAL FUCKING DAYS.

So what happened was, I had root canal and a filling and it should have been done under sedation but the anesthetist wasn’t happy about something so they did it with some other stuff to take the edge off and then sent me home once I’d bravely soldiered on. I got home and slept and bled all over my good pillowslip and woke up feeling ghastly so my mother (who is not a nurse) prescribed me some of my Dad’s tablets washed down with a hot whiskey but I still couldn’t sleep and clearly have chatted shit and have no recollection of this whatsoever. None.

I’ve clearly though, outed myself as a vacuous cow, because I really am quite vain and was musing that I’m really brave for the shit ton of filler I’ve had, and yet piss-pants scared at the dentist.

Mea maxima culpa.

This whole thing is now making sense of some other stuff too like my contact lenses appearing in the wotnot cupboard and the sink blocked with overcooked macaroni, which I must have decided I needed after being nil by mouth.

I clearly have a problem, but it’s not with makeup, it’s with Irish whiskey and drugs.

And for full disclosure, Dad’s tablets? Dunno. He died in 2020 but my mother never throws away anything. Fucks sake!

any hair gadgets other than a dryer I bought at 50
an Air Fryer
any serums, creams or other malarkey for my face, though admit I probably should now!

I've not been abroad since a school exchange at 14, and don't miss it.
Have never cared about keeping up with Jones in any way at all.
Couldn't do without caffeine, the library, my Kindle, gigs and my pets though!
