The Moldovan elections have started.

At stake - the country’s continued movement towards the EU or a new foothold for Putin.

That ⬆was meant for the Ukraine thread.

To be honest IF Reform win in 2029, this headline could easily be applied to the UK general election in 2034.

Eta meant to quote your post 11.07.

I am sure that has given MrsMac at least some pointers

Or a stern message from the handlers

He’s stealing Boris’ cashflow he means 👀

Watching cunts trade blows does ease the pain.

I remember reading that it is more the middle class in less diverse areas turning to Reform.

I'll see if I can find it again to see if I remembered correctly.

It does not surprise me. Reform don't tend to win in areas with a large number of people of colour.

BIWI · 28/09/2025 11:26

Gosh, there’s a lot you seem to not understand @MrsMacliveshere!

PickAChew · 28/09/2025 11:38

So wide eyed and innocent.

DuncinToffee · 28/09/2025 11:39

I just heard Phillipson on LBC. She sounded good (I fully expect to be cruelly mocked on the LiW thread for saying that!).

Great thread title @DuncinToffee 🦢🦢🦢

How anyone with any sense can even think of voting Reform after Farage's ridiculous claims astonishes me.

The signal keeps cutting out: is that your problem?

DuncinToffee · 28/09/2025 11:58

@MrsMacliveshere

This is Farage's friend and ally

Former Reform UK leader Nathan Gill has pleaded guilty to eight counts of taking payments from ex-MP Oleg Voloshyn in return for scripted pro-Russian statements in the European Parliament. Voloshyn is facing trial in Ukraine for treason and is under US and EU sanctions. Gill was released on bail.

Well as we can see, there are supposedly a lot of naive folks out there.

Again Farright may have blown things a little. It is impossible for anyone to pop up in a thread and announce they don't know a thing about the man who they will have seen more often on TV than the weather. It just isn't tenable.

I think we need to remember that Reforms core principle is that you cannot blame an entire party for the actions of individuals.

This is why their policy around immigration is rooted in looking at individual cases and not making themselves and their supporters look like complete wazzocks by talking about groups.

DuncinToffee · 28/09/2025 12:15

A bit like saying leaving the ECHR is indeed following Russia and Belarus but look at Australia, they do alright without it?

This will be my go to thread for all things farage..you lot are so knowledgeable about him

cardibach · 28/09/2025 12:21

It’s hard not to be @MrsMacliveshere. He’s on every news and discussion programme sounding off all the time. And when he’s not on, they are talking about him. Seriously. Put your tv or radio on. You’ll be well informed in no time.
