How many siblings did you have and how many DC do you have

Just curious really, survey style. How many siblings did you have growing up/what number sibling were you, and how many DC did you end up having or not having? (Or would have liked)

I'm youngest of 3 and have 2 DC and would like a 3rd. I know a few families of 3 where the eldest then stopped at 1DC, the middle stopped at 2 DC and the 3rd had or wanted 3! I'm interested in how kids experience different size family dynamics!

I have 3 brothers and 2 sisters. 2 daughters and 2 sons.❤

5 siblings, I'm the youngest. I have 3 DC and I'll have no more. DH has had a vacectomy and my hands and heart are both full. No idea how my mum survived with 6.

I have one younger sibling. DH is the second of four. We have three DC.

In an ideal world I'd have liked four but DH wouldn't agree. He was right; I think four would've broken me!

I'm eldest of 3 and had 3.
My siblings had 1 and 2.
My dm had 1 sibling and df had 3 siblings.

Most of the families I know are far smaller than the ones they grew up in, and with far less cousins etc.

Being one of 3-4 siblings was quite normal among my friends growing up. I know very few families with that many children now.

Too expensive!

My children have no cousins on either side, which is a bit surprising given DH and I both from fairly large families. A shame really.

Just me and just dd, absolute perfection for us.

2 siblings, I'm the middle child. I had one child. I probably would have had another if DH had been enthusiastic. Having one was lovely.

7 siblings. Have 3 children.

Eldest, 2 brothers 2 sisters.
I have 3 children, with hindsight I should have stopped at 2.

None, it's just me and just one DC.

I have one younger brother.

I have three children (boy, girl, boy) and would love a fourth, but I don’t think my husband will agree.

DH and I both have one sibling. We have three DC.

Eldest of 6.

Spent too much of my early years looking after my siblings so was married 12 years before having my 2, and that was enough for me. I was sterilised after Number 2 and never regretted it.

2 DC.

I’m the middle of 3 children.

I have one DS. I would have loved another but unfortunately am unable to have more after having my first.

DS will never have cousins on either side and it really worries me that he won’t have much extended family when he’s older 😔

DSis 2 - hoping to have children soon
DSis 3 - doesn’t want children
Me - 2 DD’s and fingers crossed for one more baby

I’m an only, and never liked it. Growing up, I wanted 5, as I often visited a busy, happy house with 5 siblings. As an adult I thought 3, then I had a rough HG pregnancy and thought maybe just the one! But didn’t feel done, I now have 2 and will stop at 2. Their sibling bond is my favourite thing in the whole world and I’ll always wish I’d experienced it for myself.

Husband and I came from families that had three in each. Out of all six siblings, two had none and my brother and sister had one each, myself I had four but was very fortunate to being a SAHM for 25 years plus.
